 + -1 moreI made an appointment with the office about two weeks in advance. The technician arrived on time and went straight to work. He did the cleaning and checked the furnace in preparation for the winter. I asked if there was anything that I could do to be prepared for a breakdown during the winter. He noted that on my type of furnace, there was one part that goes down more than other parts. So, he ordered the part for me and it was sent to my home. It is now here and ready in case of a problem during the cold weather.
Description of Work: I had my furnace cleaned and checked for the winter. The service technician arrived on time and performed the task in an efficient manner. He ordered a part for me (see below for details) and had it sent to my house. I am usually leery of contractors who are doing work like this, as I worry that they will try to convince me to do work that is not needed. That did not happen with this company, so, I trust that they will not take advantage of me.
