This was a Home depot purchase and they use DRF to contract the install on 2018 had 2 tankless water heaters installed they are Navien 240S the heat exchanger is leaking and as the customer I have to call for the warranty issue as DRF will not or they want to send someone for triple the price to inspect the unit. Price gouging DO NOT USE THEM

Would not recommend doing business. Moved into a home spring 2020 that has a sprinkler system. DRF was the sticker on the box in our garage so we called them. Signed a $450 contract for RPZ certification, turn on and turn off services. A DRF employee was to fix 2 sprinkler heads for us - 1 that did not work at all and the other that would get stuck and we had to manually unstick it. In the process of winterizing, 1 of the sprinkler heads that a DRF employee fixed shot up out of the ground (we contacted them immediately when it happened) and the other never properly turned the whole season even after they *fixed* it which we had also called about. While we were compensated for the cost of a service call, we still sit with our 2 sprinkler heads not fixed. We were ghosted in November trying to get this settled for this years turn on service and now a month of us contacting them again, going back and forth for this spring, they are only willing to fix what they never fixed in the first place IF we sign another contract with them for $450. The maintenance and customer services they provide are definitely not worth a $450 contract for a residential sprinkler system.

DRF negligent install of a water heater caused a water leak in my neighbor unit. DRF denied responsibility for the leak and delayed the beginning of repairs for over four weeks.

I was dissapointed to learn of additional costs due to installation of two(die)units required according to code. Cost was $46.00.

They gave me several choices for the water heater where other companies only carried one or at least did not offer others. I also appreciated the fact that they gave me a quote over the phone. They were knowledgeable about their craft and expedited the installation once I had made a decision. I also liked that I could buy the toilet myself and they quoted just the installation so I did not have to pay the mark up for the hardscape. I am changing all of my plumbing needs to this company.

Overall the installation went with one incident. When DRF was digging for the pipes they cut my Comcast cable which was clearly marked. DRF did take care of the expense to run a new cable. Just an inconvenience.

The job to replace water heater was done well overall. They claimed that an additional plumbing job was mandatory and that they would not proceed without that. There was no way for me to verify whether this was mandatory or not. I had requested them to wait for me to review the additional work (I drove home while they begun the job). I may have been 3-5 minutes late and they were gone. I requested that I would appreciate if somebody comes by and shows me the additional work and the cost justification for it.

DRF installed our water heater through Sears. The only problem we had was Sears prices for the additional work needed to install the water heater were too high.

Very prompt,estimate was as acurate as posible over phone without seeing home. replaced my hot water tank very quickly offered same day service if I wanted. will definitely suggest to my freinds and family. will be calling DRF for future services.

Fast, efficient, neat work. Charges were much higher than I had anticipated, but they had explanations. Not sure all were justified, but that's why I need a plumber, what do I know? Did not seem interested in another plumbing problem I had with an existing ejector pit. I have had to search elsewhere.

Would definitely recommend them. Their service tech came late afternoon on a Saturday - I was able to take a shower an hour after he left!!

Called at 8am, scheduled the work for the same afternoon and completed the installation and removal of 75 gallon HWH in 1 1/2 hrs. Very professional.
