They were pretty good and they cleaned up pretty well. They were responsive but unfortunately there were couple of things I wasn't really happy about though it looks nice and works well. The wiring wasn't covered up, it's hanging down and I wasn't really pleased with that. There were some chipmunks under my patio and they dug right under the stoop so some of the pavers and bricks have caved in.

We strive to provide the highest quality service in the industry on each and every job. The work was completed slightly over two years ago, we did not hear from the member about any problems until May 19th, which he simply stated that his step was dipping because of possible rodents tunneling underneath it. Antonio went out to the property on May 23rd to inspect the situation and come up with a solution. He was told that it is confirmed that rodents have dug multiple tunnels underneath the stoop causing it to fail. At that time he was given a solution to the problem and a estimate for the repair. Our warranty does not cover any staining, acts of mother nature or animal damage. The member stated that he would think about it and get back to us if he wants us to move forward with the repairs. As of June 20th, 2011 we have not heard back from him.
