The service people are wonderful! Our moving date was set back a few days and they are still able to accommodate our new transfer dates. All this on top of a lower rate than we currently pay.

We have been using them for six years. We continue to use them because of inertia, we don't have the energy to change it. Their customer service is fine.

Initial rates good. But when trial period ends rates seem to be quite expensive, even when bundling services. And I have no premium channels, such as HBO, STARZ, SHOWTIME, Etc.
