 + -1 moreThe service people are wonderful! Our moving date was set back a few days and they are still able to accommodate our new transfer dates. All this on top of a lower rate than we currently pay.
Description of Work: We are in the process of moving across town. We are cancelling our current service and transferring to a new fixed service plan at the new address.

 + -1 moreInitial rates good. But when trial period ends rates seem to be quite expensive, even when bundling services. And I have no premium channels, such as HBO, STARZ, SHOWTIME, Etc.
Description of Work: Bundled internet, phone, and cable services. Good introductory prices. Installation went well. Installers quite professional and helpful in explaining, operation of each component.
