Landscaping
A landscaping nightmare. The most overpriced outfit in Chicago, in my opinion. They are probably a really good commercial outfit, but don't let them near your house. The deck they built failed 3 inspections. A portion of our yard turns into a swamp when it rains as the proper sloping was never achieved or corrected when they come back out. And several of the landscape lights go out periodically. They said the bulbs should last 2 years, they only last about six months. The most frustrating part was when the deck guy disappeared from the job for a week, only to come back and fail 3 inspections. Holes were left in the deck from the cheap hand rails attached to pass inspection and I had to buy solar powered lights to cover them. I got expensive stones and decking, but the amount of frustration was not worth the money.
