We were planning to sell our home and knew we needed help in the yard. We knew that curb appeal went a long way, but then read professional landscaping can add as much as 20% value to your home value. We hired Julie of Bright Designs to come up with a plan for our yard. We didn't want to break the bank as we would not be living there long term. She provided us with a professionally drawn plan with all plant names she recommended. We did the work ourselves. She does help you contract with an installer if you would prefer to hire someone and she will also work with you herself on layouts for an hourly charge if you need or want her to. I would recommend working with her - she did a great design and helped us achieve our goal - professional looking gorgeous yard on a budget. I will say we had a small yard so i am not sure what pricing translates to if you have a huge lot. Give her go!
Description of Work: Met with us to discuss the needs for our yard, then drew up a landscape design which we used to transform our yard.
