Doug was recommended by a neighbor who had his basement refinished and a storm door  by Doug. Doug came out, we liked the product Larson Storm doors but Doug's manner was brusque almost to the point of rudeness. We decided to have the job done based on the recommendation and the product was what we wanted. My wife asked Doug how long before installation because another neighbor had a storm door installed and was promised two weeks which became over a month. Doug indicated about two - 3 weeks. We put a deposit down on the 21st of September. I called Doug to check on the the 12th of October. Doug said I can install that week and said he was planning to call us. Doug and I agreed on the 15th for installation. Doug called on the 15th to say he would be later than the agreed upon time as he still had to paint the wood framing for around the door. The way our doorway are built in my model, the door has to be installed with a framing to increase the depth. The job was done very well. The workmanship was excellent. The demeanor left something to be desired. So for that reason we would probably not use DOug again
