Smooth with no issues. They have ALWAYS been the type that does it right the first time. I felt bad they had to run the water lives for the ice maker through the finished basement ceiling but they said it was no problem and worked around it. They cleaned up after themselves and even instructed us on the proper use of the ice maker / water dispenser in the fridge (we've never had one). They have done a bunch of things in our home from faucets to sump pump systems with auto backups. Most important, this is an honest, family run business.

Plumber arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He cleaned up after the job was done and answered my questions.
The entire job took less than 2 hours.
I have used Opel plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Historically for me, they installed the water softener, replaced the garbage disposal when the original stopped working and replaced a faulty valve on the water heater. They have always been dependable and do a great job. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

They were prompt and professional and very trustworthy. You can leave them in your home while you are not there. I recommend them.

Overall extremely happy with the service and the price. Greg Thorne did great work - fast, efficient, quality work, cleaned-up quickly. Unfortunately the new Bradford-White 50-gal hot water heater that was installed was defective (leaked out the relief valve) but Greg came back first thing the following morning and replaced it with a new tank. Hard to believe, but it's actually the 2nd defective / dead-on-arrival Bradford-White hot water heater I've had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with as a homeowner. Steer clear of Bradford-White if you can. But call Opel plumbing and you won't be disappointed.
