+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY INSTALLED OUR SYSTEM APPROX 4 YEARS AGO AND HAS MAINTAINED IT EVER SINCE. I CALLED BECAUSE SOME AREAS WERE NOT WORKING. THEY CAME OUT AND CALLED AND TOLD US THAT THEY THINK SOMETHING IN THE VALVE BOX IS BAD, BUT THEY DO NOT KNOW WERE IT IS. WE SAID WE DON'T KNOW BUT SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT, THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND IT. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WAS PROBABLY COVERED BY THE LANDSCAPING, AND THAT THEY WOULD FIND IT FOR A CHARGE OF $70/HR. WE TOLD THEM THAT SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT, WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM TO FIND IT. THE LADY BECAME VERY DEFENSIVE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. I CALLED BACK AND SAID I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO COME TO SOME UNDERSTANDING. SHE THEN HUNG UP ON ME.
Description of Work: WE CALLED BECAUSE SOME ZONES WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
