The cleaner was prompt in his arrival. The week before I had hired the service to clean my moms sofa. My son said the cleaner was very friendly and all was well. The cleaner that can to my house was friendly however since we just moved in we had to make allowances for cleaning the area rugs, he was super helpful

The technician was fantastic, he recommended deodorizer after the cleaning due to apparent cats living in the home before me. We didn't have high expectations for the carpets to look great when they were done because of the massive amounts of stains, and some of the stains are still there but he did his best. The house smells great and looks as good as it can for 5 year old stains. The tech was on time, extremely polite and professional and worked hard the whole time he was here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.
