Jason arrived right on time and completed the repair work as scheduled. I was completely satisfied with the results. The door leaked, and in the winter time there is a huge draft coming through it. They came back once, and after that they refused to answer. They offered me the lifetime guarantee. Now, if you call the Plainfield number they call themselves Ingram home repair on the answering machine, and when I leave messages they never call called back.

Jason was conscientious.  However, I do not believe he had the skill set to complete the project in an acceptable way.  Which is why I believe he walked off the job.  However, some of his cuts for the trim were off.  The doors were okay, mostly.  Angles were improper, nails were missing in many areas of the trim.  And we had the issue of too many nails in a couple of the door jambs.   Floor trim was installed in approximately 1/2 the house.  50% of his
work was good, the remainder was poor.  He cut pieces too short or too
long and did not re-do.  He left large sections of time without nailing
to the wall.  His estimated time to complete the work was way off.  It
took him twice as long to complete and he left before the job was
completed.

The experience was lousy. All 5 doors don't close correctly and there is one that won't even close at all. Doors were trimmed way too short. We may even have to replace them with new.
