Dan was absolutely fantastic! He was so eager to please me. He and his wife identified the problem immediately, spent time educating me with how clocks work, the do's and don'ts of caring for clocks and how I could maintain it myself for the future. He was the nicest man. Willing to please. He waited for an hour to ensure it actually did keep proper time and had me listen to it a certain way so I would know if it was keeping in time and rhythm. He did all that for $25.00. I was so pleased, now that I see it is running so well, I plan to send him a big tip so he and his lovely wife can go out to dinner! They are the best. You won't go wrong using Dan and Olga!
