They sealed a basement crack. i have been using them for years!
I have had them look at foundation issues for me and do the work.
They are the best i have seen in 20 years in the real estate business.
HONEST, RELIABLE, Just really truly the best at what they do!

They used an epoxy injection method to repair the concrete. They did show up on time and maintained a clean work environment. They were very good.

They installed drain tiles to correct basement leakage. At the same time they repoured the front sidewalk as a patio, and added a back patio. The basement still leaks, despite assurance for their management and staff that it would not. The stamped concrete was not graded properly, so water pooled by the front door. They "fixed" it later by grinding channel deeper and drilling drain holes, but it looks pretty bad. Their backfilling over the drain tiles was very poor and required us to move much dirt to correct it. The drain on the sump pump well was not secured properly and came off in the first rain. They were not responsive to our concerns. For example, they said they would repair everything as soon as weather permitted the following spring, but we could not get them to return until June. We liked the staff personally, but their work is just unacceptable.
Response from Allied Concrete Repair LLC
"We stated both verbally and in writing that we were not responsible for re-grading. The leaking has been corrected, and to my knowledge, all items were corrected. We no longer do flatwork due to the myriad problems associated with this type of work. " Let the cobbler stick to his last." We do foundation repair only."

They lifted the house just fine. The concrete work was terrible. We signed the contract at the end of August, and they didn't begin the work until December. From December until June, we had to walk on boards to get in and out of the house. They said the foundation and the dirt around it had to settle. They filled it all in and it took them forever. They kept saying they were going to come back and then they wouldn't show. They didn't come until June to lay the concrete. They finally finished the job, but it was not good work. The man who I initially dealt with never came to inspect. So far it is not leaking, but the concrete in the front and back is bad. It is flaking off and looks terrible.

SLOW TO START THE PROJECT, DID NOT KEEP ME UPDATED, HARD TO CONTACT AND DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. THEY BOTCHED FIRST ATTEMPT AT JOB AND WERE SLOW TO MAKE REPAIRS. I FELT LIKE I WAS CONSTANTLY PUT BEHIND LARGER JOBS.
Response from Allied Concrete Repair LLC
"We were extremely over worked and under-staffed. It is very difficult to come in late at night after a full day on the job, and do justice to 30 or more phone messages. THIS IS WHY WE NO LONGER DO FLATWORK"

THE BEST WAY TO GET ANSWERS IS TO TALK TO GEORGE, HE''S THE OWNER. GOOD GUY TO WORK WITH, DOESN''T PLAY PRICING GAMES. ESTIMATE IS EASY TO READ. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. OUR BASEMENT IS CINDER BLOCK, NOT EVERYONE DOES CINDER BLOCK WATERPROOFING.
