Great! Did a great job at cleaning the furnace and took the time to explain each part and why it needed to be cleaned. he was also showing me some basics I could do to avoid having him come out every year. He also told me that these newer furnaces didnt require as much upkeep as in the past. He then was advising me on some humidistate issues and fixed it 1-2-3 without charging me!

We had several people come out to look at the condensation issue and he took the time to research the problem with the different furnace manufacturers and look at potential solutions. He discussed the prices and the impact each solution would have. I would say he easily spent an hour and a half explaining and discussing my options with me. He worked with the mason to coordinate all of the timing of the work. He basically came in and revented all of the flus.

They were phenomenal all the way around. The owner came out and did the job. They did an extremely thorough evaluation of my heating & A/C system. Their price was extremely competitive. I told them that I wanted top-notch stuff done and they gave me top-notch stuff unlike other companies who tried to sell me substandard systems. When they came to do the job, they did the complete installation. Everything was changed out and they also included a lot of extras that everyone else would not. They also did some patch work on the floor and walls for the unit. They really went above & beyond. They sealed off the floors correctly and worked through a lot of issues. They ran the drip line all the way to the sump pump. The owners and the crew were extremely professional and I have already recommended them to others.
