Good Service

Anna's Cleaning Services has been cleaning my large home every other week for several months. Two ladies come to my home bringing their cleaning equiptment. They also use some of my cleaning supplies. The ladies work fast and effeciently. My house is 4400 square ft and the 2 cleaners do an excellent job cleaning my house in 3 hours. They are always friendly, professional, and honest. The house cleaning is at a consistent high quality level. I love how my house looks after they clean.

I have to clean my home the same as the renters are going to move in the next day.Usually all these are works are taken care of my agents before the renters move in,but this time they screwed up and I came to know that I have to do the cleaning and all the repair works by myself in the last moment.I dont know where to go and whom to call. I googled it and called several places but unfortunately all are booked up on that day because I want the service to be done on the same day.Finally I found Angie's list and i called them and they found Anna's maid cleaning services and they guarenteed me that they will come on time to do the cleaning.I can't express how releived I was after hearing that.They came on time and did the cleaning work neat and tidy within the alloted hours and I am totally satisfied with their work.Most importantly they saved my day.

We have been using this service for years and have always loved the service. Last week, after reciving the service, my husband asked for the price. The cleaners connected him to some guy, who did not know the prices either. Whoever he spoke to next told him the price of the service increased by 1/3. Very disappointing. We feel that we were scammed. After knowing Anna for several years, he asked to speak to her. He was told that shecwas not available.

The repeat crew we request does an excellent job! They clean everything thoroughly and are very fast and punctual. It took us a while to find the right team, but the office staff at Anna's was very accommodating and helpful.

Great, no complaints.  I have booked them every 2 weeks for the rest of the year.

It went very well. I recently had some work done on my home and never had the time to thoroughly clean which is why I decided to enlist some housecleaning help. The owner showed up prior to her cleaning crew of 2 to go over what was needed. When her crew arrived, she went over my expectations. My home was thoroughly cleaned and refreshed. I was impressed with the work. Yes, I anticipate using again.

They showed up on time and worked the and finished within the allotted time. The place looks great!

They arrived a little bit late (20 minutes) and got right to work and didn't stop until the three hour time period was up.  Evelina and Teresa worked fast and well as a team together.  I am satisfied with the quality

The other cleaning companies were not available and I've found them and I liked it. They were really fast in working and they also cleaned my bathroom. They were excellent.

It was ok. I would give them 3 out of 5 stars. They did a nice job with the cleaning. I think the customer service could have been a little bit better. It wasn't terrible but it was just ok. The price was fine.
