He’s very good but he’s hard to get a hold of. If you keep bugging him you'll get him. He’s quite busy. He does excellent work and has good prices. The house that cost $14,000, I had gotten other bids in the $20,000 range. Once they got there they were really fast. The two-story house was really steep. We have recommended him to our neighbor.
