BOOKS' GARDEN CTR

Visited their store twice and really liked the stream they had built. Discused the need to do extensive landscape work on our yard after a tornado had destroyed three big trees and did other damage as well. They were very busy, which we understood. About a month later, after a couple of phone calls, they called on a Thursday and said they would come the next week to look at our yard so they could prepare a plan and estimate. They would be free the next week because we had very heavy rains and it was too wet to work on any projects. Said they would call before coming. They never called, never came and we haven't heard from them since. We loved the examples of their work at their place of business. They obviously can do good work, but we can't do business with someone who fails to contact us.
