SERVICE PRO'S

Central air was not blowing correct temp of air. Came and replaced some capacitors and it worked ok for about 2-3 days then it started freezing up. They came back out and said it needed freon this was $98. Then It froze again w/ in 24 hrs. Called them again they Came out and said and I quote "I'm stumped!" Mind you I did not pay any service fees for the next 8 times they came out. The 2nd to the last time they came they said my squirrel cage needed cleaning I simply told them I did not have the cash up front and asked to be billed they said no I'd have to pay up front so I told them ok well when I get the $ ill call u back here. Then the following 3 days was cool out so I had no need to turn it on ( it still worked until it froze but would've cooled down my 82 degree house!) So they have a 24 hr service and I called and talked to the same guy who was last here and he said to check some knobs so we did but nothing worked. So he came in the morning w/ a coworker and they went into my basement and came back up and said my blower motor was shot and needed to be replaced. After all these different problems they came up w/ and estimates I called an uncle who is a certified hvac tech. W/in 5 min of him entering my home he flipped a switch and everything worked just fine! So basically they tried telling me I needed a whole new motor when THEY turned off a switch! I'm no expert so how do I know what to look for?? That's y I called someone! So after calling the company multiple times and being called a liar and them trying to tell me what their techs said to me when they weren't there to hear it and being told their guys didn't come out on the dates they did I finally got half my money back after being jerked around and ran in circles for weeks!! Would not recommend them to anyone!
