Estimator was prompt and knowledgeable. Price and delivery were great. We were comfortable letting the installer work in the house while we were gone. They also did some miscellaneous repairs to the aluminum siding that I hadn't been able to find anyone to complete.

Started job on time. (Actually called to start earlier than original promise date.) Arrived each work day on time (early) and worked full days, staying on the job until complete. I never had to call wondering where they were. Kept very clean work site. Provided all labor with Pro Remodeling employees, no sub-contractors.

Very reliable. Performed high quality, skilled work, completed in a timely manner. Performed follow-up on (very) minor issues immediately, even after being paid.

Pro remodeling never returned with estimate.

We purchased the materials and they performed the work. They were the low bidders by quite a bit. They used very young men to perform the work, and left them unsupervised much of the time. Overall it was a good job. Just a few problems which I believe was caused by inexperience ; Tiled the floor with 2 different lot numbers so the tile did not have the same color. They re-laid the tile, so no problem there. They set the tub without adequate support, so each time I shower, I can feel a "soft spot" where the floor of the tub gives a bit. Not a solid feeling floor. Same with the tub surround. It does not have the proper support, so it moves at the back and the caulking seal keeps breaking. Fine if you do not touch the surround at all, and clean it carefully. Overall, for a complete remodel of the bath, they did a good job. I would recommend them.

I had them over here several times. I like them. I bought the materials for the bathroom and used their labor. I had use them years ago. They were owned by somebody else and the owner died, then someone else took it over. I would rate them highly across the board. I would use them again in the future.
