Mr Koehler arrived on schedule to quote on the job. He discussed with me the work which needed to be done, and I explained to him that we were also upgrading the electrical service. He told me what he needed the electrician to do (channeling gently for new conduit) and we scheduled the job to begin once the electrician finished.
On the morning when work was to begin, Mr Koehler arrived at exactly the moment scheduled and commenced after protecting the carpeting in the room. He worked quickly and skillfully, and the job was completed in only six days.
The finished work is flawless. Mr Koehler's ability to create a flat, smooth plaster surface is a highly-developed skill, and I strongly recommend him if you, like me, are interested in preserving and restoring a historic older home.
