I called when my AC quit working. They were at my house within hours. After diagnosing the problem as a bad blower motor they installed a new one. The technician had some problems but he called the owner of the company and he came out to help make sure things went well. The next day I did have problems getting the AC to work again and called the owner. He was at my house in an HOUR! Smile on his face and an attitude of making the customer happy. I am happy with everything from them. They are fantastic and like I said I believe they are very reasonably priced.
