The repairman was very nice and honest. He wasn't as familiar with our model, and told us that up front. He was able to figure out the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately he didn't have the part and would have to order it. However he could have the part Monday and be back to repair it then.
Everything went very well. The part came in, he was back on Monday and the machine was running in a short period of time.
For two service calls, and labor I thought the bill was very reasonable. Definitely recommend this company to all.
