Alicia came to our home to show me samples of grass and then measured the area to provide a complete quote the next day.  We decide to move forward with the installation and it was installed within two weeks of our initial conversation.  The installers were nice and did a fantastic job.  Great company and a very high quality product.

Joe and his team did an amazing job.  His team removed all of our old grass, prepared the surface, and laid down a backyard of awesome turf.  The surface was well prepared and has held up perfectly.  Job was completed in 2 days, just as they had promised.  
Follow up is great: We had one small "washout due to extreme rain, and it was repaired promptly and put back to exactly how it looked when installed.  Our neighbors had their tree pruned, and they used our yard, their tree trimmer sat a  hot chain saw down on the turf, which melted it.  Joe's team came out, and was able to install a small softball size patch. After about a week, you would never be able to find the patch.
 We continually receive compliments on our yard, and couldn't be happier.  Great product and great service!

Joe transformed my back yard from a mess of a situation to a very zen clean looking space.  
His team completed the work in one day, so I returned home from work to a new beautiful yard and everything in the area was pristine, you couldn't tell anyone had been doing major work in the yard b/c the clean up was so good. 
Joe is very professional and communicative.  I would recommend this Dream Grass to anyone looking for a very low (almost no) maintenance yard.  

I was unable to use this Big Deal because it did not cover my needs. The company was polite, courteous, and responsive, but unfortunately I could not use this Big Deal.

We couldn't be more pleased with the results; our front yard looks fantastic at all times and we love the fact that we don't have to mow, pick weeds or really do any yard work.  After the brutal winter, my husband went out there with a leaf blower and literally "vacuumed" our grass and we were ready for spring!



We have a dog and so far the doggy waste pick up is much easier.  For whatever reason the waste doesn't stick and it doesn't leave a mess, like real grass.

We can't wait to let our boys run around on our rooftop this summer to kick a soccer ball or practice putting and even swimming in a pool.  It's like we have a giant yard in the suburbs right in the middle of the city.

We couldn't be happier with the product. And just like the previous posters, Joe is top notch.  A true professional who is so easy to work with.

It went extremely well. Joe is a business man. He's punctual, he's courteous and he stands behind his product. I would highly recommend him and his team, if you're looking to install artificial grass.

They informed me of general price and we decided not to go with the service.

They were excellent, worked really hard, and totally transformed our deck. This was a custom job, and they met all of our demands.

I have two dogs and needed a space that was enjoyable for both pets and people.  I decided on artificial turf because I wanted something that was easily maintained, durable, and most of all clean--no more tracking mud in the house on rainy days. The existing yard consisted of dirt (and holes created by my dogs) some bushes (also destroyed by the dogs) and old gate, and a brick patio that was sinking and pooling water when it rained.  I began by contacting four companies ( 2 landscapers and 1 turf company) and Chicago Dream Grass.  Joe was by far the most professional and the most creative!   He listened to my ideas about redoing the patio and, thankfully, suggested something totally different that better utilized the space and my goal of making it dog and people friendly.  I was also happily surprised that I had multiple turf option to choose from.  I imagined football field style astroturf, but what I chose looks and feels just like real grass!  I also like that Joe didn't try to sell me one the most expensive grass.  I chose that one, but not at his insistence.  The total job included removing the existing scrubs and debris from the yard and removing and reinstalling the brick patio.  The new turf was installed last, and then the entire space was powered washed.  It looks like new.  His install team was just as professional. Everyday, I received text updates and pictures.  Redoing the yard was a splurge, but worth every penny.  People and dogs have enjoyed it immensely in the past very weeks.  I am extremely happy with the work and the end product.
