I thought that the dealership would have the tools and the training to do the work in the right way, as rebuilding an automatic transmission is a complex work. Unfortunately they didn't do the right thing, as they had some kid rebuilding it. I couldn't drive the jeep after the repair. So, I took it back to them and they opened the hood to check the vehicle. They then found out that they had not fixed one of the bolts that fastens the transmission to the engine block. They took the whole thing out and rebuilt it again. It seemed to be okay when I picked it up, but I wanted to raise the hood to check if everything was okay. However, he had fixed the bolt, but the transmission fluid didn't even show on the stick. So, they filled up the transmission fluid and everything seemed to be okay. The car broke down after 3 or 4 months when I was driving through a parking lot. What had happened was that the mechanic had never fixed back the wires underneath the car properly that he had disconnected. Fortunately I was able to fix it in the parking lot itself. The transmission failed in January and I took it in to get it fixed and asked them to get it repaired right away. They later on informed me that they were waiting for some parts when I called them about a week later. In the meantime we had a major snowstorm and I wanted to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get around. I finally went and picked up my jeep, as it was about a month before they got the parts. They were terrible and everything about the company was terrible. I would definitely not use their services again in the future.
