THE LOCK SHOP

Called this morning and they had someone at my house that afternoon. Caleb recommended a different approach to what I originally thought and saved me money from what i anticipated

The Lock Shop was very flexible and they were able to work around my schedule. The knob was replaced and the repair man, even showed me that my old door knob was in fact broken, not that it would have changed my mind to replace the knob.
Overall, I was very pleased with their service, timeliness and professionalism. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner to get the repair done.

My experience with the Lock Shop was excellent. Dan the owner spoke with me on the phone and I told him that I really wanted the locks done that very day because of a recent issue, and he said that he would be over in the afternoon. He arrived a little later than he thought, but I understand the nature of the business. Dan was very personable, which made the experience even better. He re-keyed the locks, made me new keys, and looked at another lock I had a question about, but we ended up not doing anything with that one. I actually called the Lock Shop based upon the review on Angie's list, and since I also received such good service, I am happy to put another good review out for them.

I went to the business to discuss what needed done on my house. We set up an appointment for the next day. Terrance showed up exactly on time. He was extremely personable and listened intently to everything on my list to be done. Since my home was built in 1937, some of the mechanisms were a bit tricky. Terrance did absolutely beautiful work. He changed out all the knobs so that one key would open my garage entrance, front door, and back door. He replaced the glass door knobs, lubricated everything, and made everything work so much better. He returned to the shop twice to find replacement parts without charging me for the return visits. When all was said and done, I fully expected to pay over $300. I was absolutely flabbergasted when the bill only came to $125.
