The owner of the company himself came over to do the installation. He was very knowledgable and professional, and I could tell he appreciated having me as a customer. I've been with the Kern Group for about 4 years now. On the few occasions when my alarm has gone off (due to me accidentally tripping a sensor while it's armed) the verification call from their monitoring station has been immediate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in a home alarm service.
