The service went fine. The best part is they do a very good job. The worst part is their scheduling. The scheduling is all automated. When you're gonna be out of town or you're not there, there's no way of contacting them and let them know.

It was really good with my technician. The one thing they did was really nice was that they kept some sort of a pole that had some sort of a sponge or something on the end of it and they pretty much swept off the spider webs off of my house on my porch so that was kind of a nice thing. The one thing that I have noticed that it depends with what technician you get with my situation it was completely 100% but I have been with them for many years and I do know in the past that there has been times when I have had to call and request a different technician. Normally the work through that. They give them the benefit without but the one that I am actually thinking of they did fire himself eventually I guess. I had a very good experience. They come four times year because we are on a quarterly schedule and for me for $400 a year to keep control of the bugs and rodents is day and age is probably acceptable. I had a "A" experience with the quality of service. With my technician, he calls me when he is on his way and normally they don't do that because I asked them to do that for me. They call you back and set up a time for you right away if you have a problem. They usually give you a two hour window. He did call me which I did really appreciate. The reason I like to me here when he comes is because I will tell him if I am having any problems and he can decide whether he needs to come in the house and do anything or nearly they just are on the outside with the barrier but if you are never home then you just get the barrier done. You might have to call them back if your having any kind of a problem inside. It is just hard to come in if they think you need it. I do not want to give anybody the false impression that this company is completely okay. If you don't feel like you got a good technician a good relationship with that person call and change it. I have used them for 24 years so unless something very drastic happens I plan to keep on using them. Definitely they did a excellent job with my home with my technician.

It was fine. Our technician is fabulous. He's very attentive about leaving the house how it was. He's personable. He knows all my kids names. We've had the same tech for years, they've never changed it.

Terminix was fine. I use them every year. I have a contract with them. I got no complaints but I don't know how to grade their quality because I haven't had any termites. They come by once a year and inspect the place. I've been using them for the last 15 years.

I am sure the service turned out fine. My wife handles most of that. We have had Terminix for two years now and they do a good job. They usually come on Saturday and we have a contract with them. They are very professional and the individual technicians that come out take ownership of the situation and want to make sure that we are happy and that it is right.

The experience with them was very good. They came out this time last year, and then I renewed their service contract last month. They are willing to work with you as far as price. They are efficient, they come in and get their work done quick. I don't have to be home, because they work outside.

They come every quarter, I'm happy with them, and will use them in the future.  I have been with them 4 years, they provide a basic service, I can rely on them, they come out without any charge, and take care of the problem.
