Corbett from TEKEASE was very helpful and responsive. He informed me they do Level 1 and Level 2 data recovery in house. Due to the symptoms of the drive he thought I needed Level 3 or Clean Room recovery. For that he recommended Drive Savers. I ended up going with a different provider.

I was VERY happy with this company. I don’t remember exact cost.  I thought they were a bit higher than some other places but the service was so good I didn’t mind paying the extra.
