The 2 men that came were great! Very courteous and helpful. They did a great job!! My Brother had his done and it looked amazing, now mine does too!

The employees were very professional and friendly. They did an extremely good job and explained things in detail. This was after water damage and the carpet is cleaner than I expected and the sanitization killed all of the smell. I will use them again and will refer them.

FABULOUS! I have used Steam Green for years, and Kodie's work is flawless. I was profoundly grateful to discover recently that he has the training to help me with a current need: mold testing, which is still underway. If remediation work is required, he will be doing it. His integrity, thoroughness, and commitment to customer satisfaction is off the charts. And once again, they transformed my dirty, dingy carpet - way overdue for cleaning, into bright clean that makes me smile. They also handled my furniture with great care - even my couch that has a "wounded" leg. :)) And I find Steam Green's fees quite reasonable.

Perfect. Water in the basement from a broken pipe. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call. Totally prepared. Totally professional. They removed all items from the room, lifted the wet carpet, set up drying fans and other drying equipment. Cleaned up after themselves. Returned the next day to check progress and remove the equipment that was no longer needed. Next day, removed remaining equipment after verifying areas were completely dry. After the carpet was replaced, they returned to move all items back into the room. They worked very efficiently and effectively. Wasted no time. Highly competent and respectful of our property.

I think they were very good. At first I was a little disappointed with the information given to me by the person over the phone. I just wasn't given much information but when I complained about the service I all of a sudden received very good communication from them. It was possibly just the first rep who I dealt with over the phone. They did come back yesterday to finish anything that wasn't done correctly which I'm satisfied with now.

The crew did a great job. They arrived on time, were perforessionla, explained how they were going to perform the work, how long it would take and cost for each area of the house. The carpets and upholstery look great and I will definitely hire them again.

Brad and Benji were punctual, professional and did an excellent, thorough job on my carpet. It was left damp-dry, and had dried fully by this morning. They are fully self contained, not asking to hookup to my water or power source, which I liked.

I had the carpets cleaned in a house that I was moving in to. 2 men came to the house, and both were very professional. They used the black light to go around all of the carpet to see if there were any urine stains left from previous animals. There was not. I was debating if I wanted the lower level carpets cleaned too, and they told me that they were in really good condition, and not even a lot of dust, so I chose not to. I felt they were very honest and did not try to over sell me into buying services that were not needed.

I've used Steam Green a couple times before and always been pleased with the results. This time I can't say the same. In November of 2011 Kodie came and did out carpet and it took him almost 2 hours and the charge was $200. But this time he sent his crew and they did the same areas with protection added and the cost was $480. They weren't in my house for more than an hour. We even moved all our furniture prior to their arrival but I guess we should have let them do it. Thought I'd get a break on the price for moving the furniture myself. NOPE! The carpet looks good and smells nice but it took forever to dry. Despite having floor fans, ceiling fans and my AC fan set to manual-on, it took over 24 hours for it to thoroughly dry. They told us it would take 7 to 12 hours. Perhaps that is why it didn't take them as long as the first time when Kodie did the job. Perhaps they didn't spend enough time sucking up the excess water. For the time spent, the still wet carpet I just felt the price was too high. Also they were scheduled for a 1-3pm appointment but showed up just before noon and we weren't quite ready as we still have a few item to move out of the way. And they never mentioned "Oh, we can move that stuff for you". The next time I am in need of carpet cleaning I will think long and hard about calling Steam Green. And should I call them, I will insist on Kodie coming and providing the service.

As usual, they were on time and professional. I will ALWAYS use this company when I need my carpet cleaned.

We were very impressed with the results - carpets look great. We added Benefect disinfectant and Green Guard protector to a couple of the high traffic areas. Staff was very professional and courteous.

This company by far was the best I have ever used. I chose them because they use all environmentally safe cleaners approved by the EPA. They were professional, friendly and did the best job I have ever experienced....my 5+ year old carpets looked like new and smelled very fresh.. Drying time was minimal....completey dry the next day. I highly reccommend this company and will use them once a year. I give them an A+++!

Provider arrived on time both times as I had two separate days scheduled. Tile and grout cleaning and resealing went better than I expected. I did not realize how dirty it had gotten! All flooring was done to my satisfaction, as well as the furniture. One of the seat cushions had a stain on it that Steam Green was able to get out! Pet odors in the carpet are gone! They worked very diligently and in a timely fashion. My one gripe is that there was a "film" left on the hardwood floor after the area rugs were cleaned. Understandably, because it is an area rug that sits on hardwood, but the "film" cleaned up well! Thank you Steam Green!

I called on short notice and they fit me in the very next day. Their 2 man team were very professional, answered all my questions and then managed to bring life back into a carpet that looked like it could not be saved. I am very happy with this company and will absolutely use them again and recommend to everyone.

They did a great job cleaning our tile/grout and area rug. Showed up on time and were very professional and considerate. I thought they were reasonably price based on the amount of area they cleaned. They also gave me some good tips on how to clean the tile from now on.

The two gentlemen called before they came and let me know what time they would be arriving. When they arrived they went over what I wanted done and provided me with the cost. They were very professional and friendly and went out of their way to do a good job. This was the second time that I had them at my home. They did an excellent job both times. I would recommend them highly!

Steam Green did an amazing job cleaning our exceptionally dirty carpeting. It had been at least 6 years (if ever) since the last cleaning. They removed stains that I never expected would come out (shoe polish for example). The carpeting looks amazing!! They even moved all of the furniture and replaced it after cleaning the carpeting. The gentlemen recommended we treat / seal the carpeting after they cleaned it for increased life, cleanliness and ease of future stain removal. They were careful to explain we should make that decision based on how long we anticipated keeping the carpeting (more than or less than 1 year). We waited to see how the carpet turned out before making that decision. It was so clean, that paying an extra $80 for them to seal it was an easy decision. While cleaning the upstairs hall way, they asked if we had used Resolve, or Woolite, or some other spot treatment before as they could tell due to the foaminess of certain parts of the carpet as they cleaned it. Apparently, those products stay in the carpet and just attract future dirt. Of course we had... when I asked for an alternative spot treatment product recommendation, they offered us a bottle of spot remover (~$20.00). We took them up on the offer, although we haven't needed to use it yet, so I can't comment on its effectiveness. My only surprise in the entire interaction was their request to hook up to our outside water spicket as "their truck was a little low on water after their last call". No big deal.... just unexpected. Highly recommend!

They were on time, professional and thorough, paying extra attention to the area by the door. I plan to use them every year, and am going to have them come next spring to do the rest of the house, which is ceramic tile.

Very punctual. They always do such a great job. I have them come back every three to four months.
