Spring-Green

I've had used Nature Scape for several years but was not happy with their service.  So I switched to Spring Green.  However, my grass has never looked worse.  Even with more treatments per year, they don't seem to use very good chemicals.  I have never seen so many weeds in my yard.  I told them when I first started I wanted them to come on Thursdays or Fridays and to call me the day before they are going to come and then to call me when they arrive.  Took a couple visits for them to get this straight.  And still they have never called me when they arrived.  I had a ton of weeds growing on a set of railroad tie and block steps going down to my back patio and although they were a foot high, they never bothered to spray them until I pointed the weeds out to them.  "oh, I didn't see them" was the reply.  Are you blind?  This was my first season with Spring Green and also my last.  The owner Dave seems like a pretty nice guy but I just don't  believe they use good products or spread them vary thin to save money.

They come out like they are supposed to and they do a pretty good job. If I have a problem, they come back and re-treat the area. They are pretty reasonable. They just come out whenever they come out and they usually call first.

Spring Green comes several times a year for weed/feed, mole control, etc. We have not had one complaint with their service. Our lawn was full of weeds this spring and now there are very few.

Have had 5 visits so far this year. Our lawn had many issues with weeds, crabgrass and balding spots. This is the first year we have used a commercial service and we have been very impressed with the results and have received numerous compliments on how lush our lawn looks, and the weeds are almost gone. We haven't had much face to face contact but our phone contact has all been very good - responsive, professional, eager to provide information/help us understand how the service works, etc. Cost is very reasonable, we have at least 1/4 acre of lawn. Would definitely recommend and plan to continue service with them.

Someone came and try to leave a note with an estimate in general for g he whole lawn but didn't mention an special note about the tree. I noticed that they were outside and I went out to ask them about it but far from giving me a professional response he said that I just need to wait to see if the tree is going to make it or die. Not happy about that.

Everything went well. they were prompt, professional, curtious, and helpful with information.

S-G has sprayed twice on their yearly cycle of 5 times.  Lawn was completely covered.
Weeds are down in count from the previous year and lawn is much healthier looking.
Allowed me to contract for annual rate despite being past the deadline due to medical issues.
Has always responded promptly to inquiries.  No complaints or issues with this company.

I have used Spring Green for several years & would recommend them to everyone. They do an excellent job with quality materials & all for a great price.

My neighbors were using him.  He is very honest which is also kind of hard to find at times.  He's very responsive and the owner is a very ethical person.
