We purchased a nice leather couch/loveseat/chair about 5yrs ago. My son has always been extremely rough on the couch when he would sit down. It could only take so much & then it broke. The furniture retailer pointed us to Shoe Biz for repair. My wife called on the weekend (when they were closed) & left a message. The owner called back first thing on Monday to discuss the repair. Based on my description, he gave me a quote of $125 & said that he could come to our home to do the repair ($.48/mi - not bad considering I'd have to borrow/rent a truck to get it too him) in a week. He said he would arrive between 8-9am but called @ 8:30 to tell us the job he scheduled before us was taking longer than he'd hoped (sewing a pool cover on a windy day). He arrived about 10am and completed the repairs w/in 2 hours. Brought in a drop cloth and contained any mess he made. Extremely friendly & professional the entire time. Couldn't ask for better service!
