Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
The sales people at Ray Eldridge were very helpful and not high-pressure. Shopping there a pleasure. (The person we dealt with in purchasing the setting was Laura.) We found the setting we liked the most at Ray Eldridge and we thought it was very fairly priced in comparison to other local jewelry stores.
Then the store did the diamond verification, mounting, sizing, and ring appraisal at a very reasonable total price. (I suspect that they did not charge us at all for some of these. ) And they did them in a extremely fast, competent, and professional manner. (The person we dealt with was Jim Roach.) We are could not ask for more and are very happy with service and the setting we received from Ray Eldridge.
