 + -1 moreVery bad. The did not stand by their work and nor did they even look at the problem. They lied about what I had inquired about. (having to pay the same amount to have the problem fixed for the 2nd time)
Description of Work: I called to get service in July of last year. They fixed the capacitor. Turned on unit 2 days ago and it has the same problem. They wanted to charge me for service and trip call again. The tech showed up late and told me that the part they replaced only lasts 6 months. I asked why they used a part that only lasted 6 months. I said, so I'm going to have to pay $184.74 every 6 months to keep my air working? The tech then said (out of the blue), if you don't want to pay I can leave and he turned and left. They didn't even look at the air condition unit. I don't think they had any intention of fixing the problem. Called to speak to the owner and he wasn't any better. He didn't care that I was going to put him on Angie's list. He did speak to the tech which lied two times about what I said. The secretary taking the repair calls also lied about the owner being there and wouldn't give me any numbers to call of manager or emails. Not sure what is going on with this company but beware. IF you want something fixed by a company who will stand by their job.....DON"T call Monefusco.
