MEYER CLIMATE CONTROL

Wonderful. They were very professional and completed the job in one day. Would hire again for sure.

At first everything was fine, I was hesitant when Kevin asked for 3800 up front. I did give him a cashiers check for the amount. They installed the furnace only no return was hooked up or supply plenum. This was the dead of winter and a temporary solution for the furnace to blow wild.
Then a week after that service I noticed I was getting sick, so I checked out the basement. I smelled gas very strongly, called Ameren Cilco. There was a strong gas leak on the flex connection Meyer installed. I had that replaced myself with black pipe. I called Kevin from Meyer climate control about this issue, and I was told that I was overreacting and accidents happen. A gas  leak like that is a serious issue that should never happen. So because of my complaint to the company he has since ignored me. Oh and the reason I can't finish with another company is because Kevin stated that I would not get the almost thousand dollars worth of credits for the system if he didn't do the work. This being because i already paid for the equipment with him and he is not willing to refund me. Now months later still no work done, still haven't received the tax credits that I was promised. Still havent received a call to even let me know whats going on. I paid all the money for the equipment, but its not at my house. I paid for equipment that I dont even have.

Meyer Climate Control's team was fantastic!  They were very
professional, very timely, and the quality is better than anything I
could have ever expected.  The guys installed ductwork and a new energy
efficient furnace in our home.  The home was built in 1914 with boiler
heat and no ducts!  The team (Kevin & Mason) worked with us and
around the limitations of the home to make sure the ducts were the least
invasive to our lives as possible!  They gave us options, explained
everything thoroughly, and answered all of our questions(I have a lot of
questions about everything, doesn't matter if it costs $1 or
$1,000,000) They  went above and beyond our expectations I couldn't be
more impressed!

We had this company to put in central air in this whole house and they also installed new boiler also.  So there has been quite a bit of money spent as far as heating and cooling through this company.  We have had no problems with them.  We will continue to use them in the future.

They are very good. We've been using them for years. Our air conditioner quit and my wife as asthma. They came out the day they called and needed an extra part. They got it and came back the next day. They had to change schedules around in order to fix it. They were very prompt and caring to help my wife. They went above and beyond and not very many people do that these days.
