No charge to correct a previous error by a different garage. I have personally deen them check brakes for seniors and send them home at no charge if repairs were not needed. They are honest and professional.

Prices were reasonable and comparable with other repair shops.

I have used them extensively for repairs on two cars in the last few years. The work is always done right the first time, and the price is fair. Staff is professional and friendly.

I called that morning to try and get an appointment. I brought the car in at around 11 am in the morning which is late for car care and they did get it done by the end of the day. I went at 5.30 pm in the evening and picked it up.

I was surprised with the cost and when I called them, I was advised by them, that it’s only because of the Volkswagen. I have been using his services for the last 20 years and just love them. I will continue to use their services in future.

The mechanic told me that the fluids looked fine, and recommended a brake job! New rotors, brakes, the works. I took the vehicle to my usual mechanic who recommended I change the fluids right away since they looked pretty bad. He said the brakes looked fine and the rotors could be planed to keep them. 6 months later with his services, I am happy that I listened to him. I would not go back to these guys again. The guys were courteous and professional, however, that doesn't alter the fact that their recommendation was off target.

I had a bad Catalytic converter due to some engine problems. I went to this Meineke to get an estimate of different options; replace the Cat, replace the whole mid pipe, etc. In the end, I chose to buy my own parts and have them install.

I called to get an estimate of services, I knew what needed to be done already. I made an appointment to fit my schedule, took my vehicle in for the quote, they did it while I was at lunch. They gave me a break down what needed to be done and the exact cost minus tax. I made an appt to have the service done. They did it within the time they said they would and it was ready before my lunch hour so I wasn't put out.
