The call to set up the appointments was simple. She had great availability, and they tried to accommodate my son's school schedule. They mailed the paperwork, so everything was filled out prior to the appointment. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The waiting area where I and my 2-yr-old waited was kid-friendly with an aviary, "movie theater", and books. It wasn't difficult waiting, even with a toddler, because she was so occupied. When I talked with Dr. Donlan after she looked at my son's teeth, she explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable with her thoroughness and ease with patients. My son was waiting in the "kid waiting" area while we talked, so he was able to watch a movie, play video games, and look at books instead of being bored. Both of my kids wanted to stay and play, and have repeatedly asked to return to the dentist. They loved being there, which makes it far easier to talk to them about going to the dentist. A great experience overall!
