It was freezing cold but the service person ran out to my car to test the battery like it was a fun thing to do. I was told EXACTLY what my battery registered, not just "it should be replaced soon". I was shown my choices and and explained the exact differences. VERY economical. Very pleased . Oh, and it was quick. I was there and back home within 25 minutes.
