The service was fine. I was real surprised. We had some high winds, and they had to put up scaffolding and get up and I didn't think they would do it. They did it safely, and did a good job on it. They worked for  total of about 10 hours. They were here most of today, they just set up the scaffolding and did some prep work yesterday. Two people had come out to do the work. They were a father and son group, and they were very nice. They did exactly what they said they would do. I thought it was real pricey, but I haven't had any work done for 30 years, so maybe it was fairly reasonable. They were more than responsive. I contracted him last Friday, and he said he could get to me within a week or 10 days, and then he called me yesterday, and asked if he could start yesterday, so he shuffled things around and got to me early. They explained what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves.

I called Mr. Erickson. He came out to the house and estimated the repair with my wife. She notified me and I approved the work to be done according to his estimate. He arrived on the day specified, performed the work to my wife's satisfaction, was paid and left. He followed up with me to verify that the work was satisfactory and I agreed that it was.

The Ericksons came very quickly to give an estimate. They were honest about the fact that we could have repaired the damage with silicone but we wanted it to look better than that. Once the quote was accepted, they came very promptly to do the repair. The repair and clean up were excellent.

I was extremely happy with him. I'm glad I checked out Angie's List, because he did a good job.

He did fine; he did just what we wanted him to do. I have no idea how his price was; no one else came out to give us a bid. They were here when they said they would be.

We called them and Gerry was professional and extremely prompt. Arrived when he said he would to give us an estimate. He stayed in communication throughout the decision process of how to proceed with the repair. He and his son Jason arrived this morning to do the repair, left once to purchase items needed. Upon their return, they proceeded with the work in a very professional and timely manner. We actually had the repair work finished in just one day. Our thanks to them both for being a quality company that one can rely on. What a relief.

We called for an estimate and he said he could come out that day. He came over and after introducing himself went up on roof to evaluate. Came down and wrote up a point-by-point estimate of what they would do and explained. Even took some of the broken off pieces of the face brick so he could get matching replacements. Was courteous, professional, and answered the couple of questions we had.

When we called to accept the job he said he had an opening and could do the job in one or two days. We agreed on a date. All he said they needed were electric and water, we didn't even need to be there. They came out as scheduled. The job was completed before I got home. I inspected the job and was very satisfied. Had replaced the damaged brick but I couldn't even tell where. All the joints were cemented, the chimney looked great and I'm confident it will last for a long time. I could tell that he used good materials and techniques (as listed on estimate). There was no damage to the roof and everything was cleaned up including the old mortar which had washed down the roof.

Was very satisfied with promptness, attention to detail, and doing more than just the minimum. Experienced company who can do the job right. Would recommend.

He did quite a bit of work and did a good job. He did more work than what was contracted . He ended up paving the stairway as well because of the liniment of the stone work. I was impressed at his work ethic and honesty. It is now 5 years later and everything is holding up very well. (He had put a cement foundation under the stones to keep is solid).
