Alex said he would give me a quote to fix leaks. He never did, instead he tried to scam my insurance company which only resulted in me getting a claim against my record without any significant payout. Alex will tell you at least every 5 minutes that he's an honesty guy... To the point where it gets annoying after a while. When someone has to tell you that about themselves over and over... It's a red flag. I overheard him telling his hired man to pull siding down while the insurance adjuster wasn't looking. Now he won't answer the phone. He ghosted me once he realized my insurance company wasn't born yesterday. Total fly by night operation.

They worked with me in a timely fashion and they guarantee their work for a year. I will definitely use them again

Alex and his sidekick Ricky were unbelievable. Alex responded to my message on Angi within an hour, he stopped by to view the job within 4hrs, and had the job done within 24 hrs. Alex is really nice and experienced. The project took twice as long as we anticipated, but overall we are happy with his work and his price point. He is not the cheapest you will find, but for quality installation work for a reasonable price he is the guy. If you want high-quality white-glove service then you are going to pay twice as much for a bathroom or kitchen remodel. Buy your own appliances and fixtures and set a deadline and Alex will be there 7 days a week trying to finish the job as quickly as possible. If you select high-quality appliances and fixtures then you will have a high-quality-looking room for less than the expensive construction companies or bathroom remodeling companies want to charge. If you are not in a rush and you have a limited/small budget then CIC Home Improvement can deliver good results. *Note: some delays were due to snow.
