Have been a frequent customer of Brush automotive over the years and even reffered several friends to Carl. My last experience was to bring my car in to be timed and to fix a small part in the AC system. Carl kept my car for 5 months until I threatened him in order to finally get it back. When I did get my car back the AC was still not fixed because they were sent the wrong part multiple times according to Carl and I got a bill for $761 to install $150 worth of parts (some of which were entirely unnecessary). When confronted with the inflated bill he did nothing and then told an acquaintance of mine he was not going to do anything about it because he figured I would never be back due to his awful service. At least he got that part right. Carl was once a diamond in the rough and has now become a lump of coal. Take your car to a professional and avoid this nightmare.

They are fair, reasonable and always do a good job for our family.

Brush automotive has always done a great job for us. They are reasonably priced and the work is done on a timely basis.

I don't remember the exact price because we had some other stuff done, let's say about $800 because we got tires from them. They're excellent. The staff is very friendly, they're very knowledgeable, everything is done in a timely manner. Even though they know that we can't pick the car up at the end of the day, they still give us a call to let us know the car is ready. Everything is great and everything about the place is great. We've used them for several things.

He does what needs to get done, but doesn't push you into something that doesn't need to be done. I trust him completely. He's very knowledgeable about cars in general and can diagnose problems that others cannot.
