Bev was very patient in explaining all the nuances of purchasing real estate in terms my daughter could understand.
6 months after the sale was closed Bev again stepped in to assist with home warranty issues. She didn't have to help at all but has spent hours trying to get the issues resolved. Bev follows up on everything. She has gone so far over the top in assisting us that "amazing " just seems inadequate to describe her level of professional service. The ReMax agent who sold the policy to the seller as part of our sale washed his hands of it all since he got his money. I would avoid them like the plague.
