Beachler's Vehicle Care & Repair

Excellent, quick service.

I live in St. Louis, and my son attends Bradley in Peoria. He was using my Ford for a week or so, and it broke down. Usually I would fix something like this myself, or use a trusted St. Louis shop. But since the car was in Peoria, we decided to have Beachler's repair it. They were very professional, thorough, and offer great customer service. Their pricing seems competitive. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Beachlers auto service has taken care of my 1999 Toyota for the last 10 years. They have always been very responsive and aware of my needs. They have a loaner car for you when you are having work done if you make advance reservations. I have not had a major problem with this car since the shares has been taking care of it. They do all of the oil changes, engine care, transmission care, breaks and fluids, mechanical problems with anything inside the car, and I have never had a problem with them or my car. When I am set to go live town if it's not time for routine oil change etc., I always take the car into Beachler's for them to check it out get the air pressure correct etc. so that I know I'm safe on my trip. I recommend Beachler's very highly. We have lived all over the country and had many different types of auto care two different vehicles. But no matter what the vehicle is Beachlers will take care of it.

I had the truck serviced as I do all my vehicles at Beachlers ad have for over ten years.

They called and stated that the part was not locally available and would call when part arrived. They stated estimated cost of repair. They called when part arrived (2 days later) and stated it would be done next day. The estimated cost was the final cost.

Brett has never denied trying to work with me, however, he showed me a cut cv boot when they changed the cv joint and tried to make me believe that they were bad because of the cut in the boot. To me, it looked like a fresh cut was made so the cv joint could be removed and not a cv joint failure or problem. I just can't afford to pay for the trial and error service until they get it right. Needless to say, I am not happy with my service experience with Beachler's. All I wanted was a good wheel balancing. If, when I go to Peoria Tire and Vulcanizing, and they provide me with a smooth ride, I will be contacting Beachler's again, but not for service. I will not be returning to Beachler's for my rotation and balancing

other than changing the price once because of the sticky pad everything went according to plan. But they did call before letting me know that the price is going to be different than the quoted price

Went very well. Staff was polite and professional. They cross-referenced the factory recommendations and suggested I check my records and if needed get additional services performed. It is a great service, however I had already gotten the service performed a year ago - for 40% less. My experience with Beachler's auto service was professional and honest - but more expensive than other locations where I have similar amounts of trust. My experience was very good and I would recommend them to anyone, but I know of at least one place that is better.

Graciously worked me in at last minute on busy day for oil change. Very professional and courteous. Called me up a few days later to check about how things were going. Company usually has coupons/discounts available and free car wash with service. Appreciate how they take the time to really look at your vehicle...makes you feel that you are getting your money's worth. I finally feel that I have found a reliable auto service company in this area.

Everything went great - I had no problem scheduling a time that worked well for me, Terry took down my details and was very kind and professional, and the work was done the next day. They called before doing the work to ask about other services I might want, which I was afraid of, but I didn't get the usual - it's an old car, so they easily could have found several things to replace, but knowing that it's old and I just wanted the exhaust system fixed, they let me know that my rear wiper wasn't even touching the window (had been broken for years, they didn't even try selling me new one) and then informed me that they went ahead and filled up the washer fluid. I was pleasantly surprised at that call, usually car places try selling me a multitude of new parts. So all in all I was very happy with Beachler's, it's a great little family owned place (with neat pictures inside of what it looked like years ago), and the main guys there are still Beachlers themselves and care about their business.

They were great. They were very thorough and helpful. They did a good job on it, and I would go back.

Ultimately, everything turned out okay. When I initially drove off the lot, smoke started billowing out of my car. However, they took it right back and tried to fix it. I would have hoped it had worked out the first time, but I was happy with how they resolved the situation.

They are really nice. I have been happy with them and will continue to use them.

Everything has been very good. They are very professional, and are not your typical gas station repair facility. We really like working with them and will continue to do so.

They are always really reliable. I always get really good service here. I think their prices are pretty reasonable, I don't go anywhere else. I will continue to go here in the future.
