 + -1 moreiiMy trimmer would not start after a winter would not start. Tried a new plug and just no go. Took it in and they quickly diagnosed a bad carburetor. They rebuilt it quickly and only charged 31 for parts and labor. Beats buying a new one. They always seem to have the part and how to use it when I stop in for household repair help.

 + -1 moreThey fixed the chainsaw without asking me for $89.00. I was very irritated because I specifically asked them to call me to let me know how much it would be. They offered to keep it if I didn't want it, but I decided to pay and keep it. I brought it home and it still was hard to start. I would never do business with them again. They didn't seem to want to resolve it. It was either pay the bill or they would keep the chainsaw.
Description of Work: My son gave me a used chainsaw that he got at a garage sale. I brought it here to see if they could fix it. I asked them to call me and let me know how much it would cost if it was going to be expensive.
