They took their time and didn't rush through the process. They were polite and helpful with any questions I asked them. Now it is the next day and the house smells great and the carpet and sofa is dry and ready to use. I would use them again and plan to call them to do three more rooms for me.

We had just completed a major remodel, so there was a lot of drywall dust embedded in the carpets and the upholstery.  We also have several pets that are well behaved but had left their tracks on the carpet.  The team came out and did a very thorough cleaning of the carpet and the upholstery.  The house smells very clean and everything dried very quickly.  Special attention was paid to all of the spots.  We are very happy with the results and would use their services again.
