The best part of my experience with them is I think they did a good job installing the unit. I have an attic entrance back in my utility room and the problem I had with them was when they put the line in, they put it directly over where I enter my attic so I cannot get into my attic. So, I do have a problem with that, but aside from that, they did a good job. Their price is about where everybody else or a few dollars under. I do not have a problem with the quality. I did have a problem with their responsiveness. When they put the air conditioning unit in,   they messed up my heating system. When I called them to come out, they charged me $100 to repair what they had done. So, I was not happy with that. They showed up and they were on-time. They were professional.
