Gary came to my house and installed the hardware and software. In addition, he was able to make recommendation for additional virus protection and additions to my home security even though it was from another vendor. The whole process was explained well and installed professionally. Through it all I felt that there was real concern for my family's safety, not just a focus on selling me something. I would highly recommend the Chatham group if you have any concerns about home computer safety or identity theft prevention.
Description of Work: I have a teen who was not very security safe on the internet which left me open to hacking and identity theft. After consulting with the Chatham Group, options were clearly explained, recommendations made, and I purchased a Cujo device and identity theft protection.

The Chatham Group looked at our systems and also the types of past identity issues that had occurred and recommended several options. We went with two very cost effective measures to monitor or home systems and keep our identity continually monitored. It was a quick and easy process to set up. I did have a bit of trouble setting up the home internet monitoring equipment but the help line was friendly and patient. They were easy to understand and did not expect me to be tech savvy. I would recommend The Chatham Group and the companies they work with to my friends looking to protect their family from hackers and fraud. Worth the price for peace of mind. Small monthly charge after buying a fairly cheap monitoring device.
Description of Work: I met with Gary to discuss identity theft security for my family and also internet/WIFI monitoring for our home systems. Our family has had several past issues with identity theft.
