My service call went perfectly. Last minute call on a Friday afternoon after exhausting all of my other options. Next time they will be my FIRST CALL!

They were awesome!  I was able to get them at my house that same day, they were very friendly and professional.  They couldn't clean my drain from the outside clean-out so they had to come in and use the clean-out in the basement.  They got it to open up and cleaned up after themselves.  I am a HUGE fan of Roto-Rooter in Peoria Heights.  They have always been above and beyond my expectations.  I always recommend them and praise them.  Thank you guys!!!

It was good. It was somewhere between $80 and $100. They were on time. I did not deal with them and it was long back so I don't remember it much.

We called them Saturday morning, as our toilet would not flush late Friday night. Apparently, this clog affected all or our sewer drains. The guys from ROTOR-ROOTER spent almost 3 hours snaking our sewer lines. They discovered that the clog mess had backed up between our washing machine and bathroom sink! What a nasty mess. They wiped up every where the dirty water flew, but recommended we sanitize everything because of the awful mess snaking lines make. They worked hard and completely rooted out our problem. This is the third time I have used this company over the years, and I will continue to in the future.

They set an appointment, showed up on time (were waiting for us when we came home). Clean, professional, got the dirty job done, cleaned up after themselves and were done. Not my favorite job to get done but they always do it with aplomb and efficiency. Yes, I will call them again.

They came and didn't a poor job. With in a week water backed up again. Then they wouldn't get back in touch with me when I called back. Poor service.

We had them come to our house around Febuary (not sure the exact date) because the drains were backing up in our new house. They spent a couple of hours cleaning the drain that day. They were very nice, and cleaned up everything after they were done. The next day our drains backed up again, we proceed to call them back and was told on the phone that there would be no charge. So we had my girlfriends 19 year old daughter wait for them while we were at work. They cleaned our drains again and gave my girl friends daughter a bill for that days services (we were told there wouldn't be a charge) and said they would not leave without payment. So she wrote them a check from her own account.
I will never deal with this company again because of the surprise charge on the second day, and requiring payment from our kid before leaving.

She asked them to clear her drain, a week later it was all clogged up again. She just thought that was a waste of money. They didn't do the job right.

They've always been really good. Their prices depends on how long they were there. If you had a very bad problem, it would be a couple of hundred dollars but they're really reasonable. If it's not anything major, it would be like $75, it just depends. They just give their service and they do a really good job. I never had a problem with them. We always used them in our house and in our rental properties.

it went well. the man who came was professional, came quickly, was very courteous and helpful on how to prevent blockages in the future.

The two young men that came were respectful of our home. They did not track in dirt etc. They took about 20 to 30 minutes to clear our pipe leading from house to sewer. They got it running free and clear and we had no more water backup. They were great!!!!

The drain in my duplex backed up on the tenants side in the basement. They had taken a shower and the drain had become clogged in the finished basement. I called and considering it was the day after Christmas, they indicated that there would be an additional fee for the holiday, which is completely understandable. Within the hour, the owner of the local franchise was at my door himself. He even called ten minutes prior to arriving to let me know he would be there shortly. He diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issue by snaking the sewer pipe which ran below the foundation. We discussed a regular maintenance schedule and he gave me some great information on what to look out for in the future. Great experience. I have used them for years and had great experience every time. As a professional real estate broker, I trust that I can recommend their service without concern for my clients.

They did the job well, and were clean workers. They could've been a little more personable, but the important thing is that they did the job well. I expected them to send a scope into the drain when they were done to check the work, and they didn't. Time will tell about the quality of the work, but itt works well now.

I had water backing up in my basement. I called Roto-Rooter and they came out the next day and cleaned out the tree roots that were clogging the line. Very nice guys, professional, friendly, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I'll use them again.

GREAT GREAT GREAT! i had another company to attempt the work but were not successful. After spending $200 with them, I decided to call Roto Rooter and were pleasantly surprised that they were able to clear the line in less than 5 minutes for only $50. I was more than pleased and will be using them again.
