The services were performed well. It was an existing house. recent purchase. 2 services were performed. carpet cleaning and grout cleaning. They did the best they could with the carpet. In hindsight, I should have listened to my gut instinct and replaced the carpet. My error in judgement. Thus, The outcome was OK for the carpet cleaning. The outcome for the grout cleaning was very good. I would recommend, and yes I will use again if the need arises.

We like Mr. Phipps, who is the owner. He's good and very capable. He gets the job done and it dries very, very quickly, within a couple of hours. He is very thorough and does a great job. We will definitely use him again; we have to call him in the next week or two.
