** Update...Ryan has left projects incomplete and he has been paid. Our master shower (4x7) was over a two months project and although the shower was began well before our house was finished, we lived without it for two months waiting for him to complete it. We also expressed areas of concern regarding our showers like, chipped tiles, grout missing, crooked tiles in hopes they would be fixed. You will see photos of our house on his FB page, but not closeup. We did not approve for these photos to be used, we still have repairs needed! He also didn't inspect the materials prior to installation and we have added cost repairing the laminate floor where he installed a bad floor board. This will require the stair railing to be completely be removed. We also paid him to install the stair cap, but unfortunately Ryan is not responding to our calls or texts. He became a close friend and we enjoyed working with him, he helped us with many issues, but in the end he took advantage of the situation and we really expected him to stand by his work (certainly he still could!). The homeowners who referred us also no longer prefer his services. Do your homework and put your money toward someone who has proven experience in the trades your project requires.
