"We understand your frustration. However, we are the NEW owners. We purchased the company from the previous owner. Your original install was done under previous ownership. The previous owner used material that we would never have used. Despite the fact that this was not our install, we came and fixed the problem for you, using the correct material, at NO CHARGE. Furthermore, WE (new owners), paid your deductible as well for the ceiling. We responded promptly on the issue of your water leak, and did have professionalism in handling the situation. Furthermore, we are feeling quite taken back by the fact that we did all of this, and you would now not recommend our company. We are perplexed by this as you called us after the water leak issue to have unrelated duct work in your attic updated. We performed this work for you, and you paid us for this service. We apologize for your experience with old ownership, but we hope that we, as new owners, were able to satisfy your needs.
